My name is Rob Jones.  I’m a 40-something year old former caregiver for my 101 year old Grandmother.

Among the many hats I’ve worn in this lifetime are those of; actor, photographer, outdoor enthusiast, cook, bocce champion (3-times!), car geek, bird geek, writer, patron of the arts and corporate drone (because it helps support all of the previous habits).

Some people see the glass as half full.  Some see it as half empty.  I maintain that it doesn’t really matter, because I’ll probably knock it over accidentally anyway.   I’ve been told that makes me a pessimist.  I find that it’s only pessimistic if you see knocking the glass over as a bad thing.  I find it, like life, hilarious.  (Remind me of this statement next time I get stressed out).
